Thank you for central Booking, where we bring the ski shop to you. To make a reservation by fax, please read and sign this page, complete the attached Reservation Form, and fax both pages to 888 225 8396. To make a reservation online, call Kyle Becci. You should reserve at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability.
Rates
• Elite Ski Package $52 per day* Intermediate to expert skiers.
• Performance Ski Package $42 per day* Beginner to aspiring intermediate skiers.
• Junior Ski Package $30 per day* Juniors up to 100 pounds.
• Adult Snowboard Package $45 per day* Strap-in systems for all abilities.
• Junior Snowboard Package $32 per day* Strap-in systems for juniors up to 100 pounds.
• Helmet Rental $9 per day* Fashionable and comfortable helmets in all sizes.
• 2-Way Radios $9 per day per radio* Motorola 2-way radios.
• Jacket Rental $18 per day* Waterproof, breathable by Marker in adult sizes.
• Pant Rental $15 per day* Waterproof, breathable by Marker in adult sizes.
*Minimum: 2 consecutive rental days per person.
We offer a $5 discount per day if you have your own boots.
Ski Equipment Delivery
Upon arrival in the Park City area, please call our office to confirm your delivery time. If you are delayed, please call as soon as possible. Everyone renting boots must be present for delivery.
Ski Equipment Return
Equipment is due by 6:00 pm on your last day of renting. Skis on the Run will pickup your equipment providing you call 24 hours before your planned return time to schedule an appointment. Less than 24 hours advance notice may result in a return time that is not convenient for you. The credit card holder must be present to sign the receipt when equipment is returned, so please plan accordingly. All equipment must be present at the scheduled pickup time. There is a $20 charge per item left in ski storage. There is a charge at the fair market value for any lost or stolen equipment. The identical poles that were rented must be returned.
Cancellation Policy
The nature of our service requires advance planning and preparation of equipment. Please be aware that there is a charge of one rental day per person for cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date.
Reservation Confirmation Policy
You will receive a confirmation call from us within 24 hours. At that time, we will answer any questions that you may have and schedule a delivery time. If you do not receive a call, we have not received your reservation and you should contact us.
